Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Handwash station in back kitchen has no warm/hot water available -the regulator underneath the sink was set at cold

-Handwash station in the front express station nearer to the public washroom is being used for rinsing coffee urns/filter containers -the utility sink across from it was completely blocked off
Corrective Action(s): -All handwash stations must have hot and cold water available -hot water should be reaching 45 deg C

-Handwash stations are for that sole purpose ONLY -use your utility sinks for any other purpose like rinsing coffee urns

Observation: Mouse droppings observed downstairs in the hot water tank room, in the corner where cleaning chemicals are stored and electrical panel room.

Some fruit/drain flies in the upstairs mop sink area
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect areas where mouse droppings are -goods there should be kept on risers/shelves >15cm off the floor to better assess activity and reduce harbourage areas

Ensure you are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in the mop sink area, trapping for flies through your pest control and draining water lines at the end of the day
