Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In coffee bar area, spoon and thermometer stored in standing water at room temperature. Ice cream scoop stored in standing water at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure spoons and any other food contact surfaces are stored in ice water or water above 60C. Ensure dipper well is working and turned on at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wet dish clothes used for cleaning food contact surfaces. Not stored in sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Store all dish clothes in a sanitizer solution, as leaving on counter allows for the growth of pathogens/microbes when cloth is wet or use a spray sanitizer solution.
