Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Walk in cooler malfunctioning - measured 10C to 12C at time of inspection
2) Milk and cream in dispensers measured at 8C in both systems
Corrective Action(s): 1) Hazardous products such as milk, creamer, smoothie mix, meat products were transferred to Sodexo walk in cooler (upstairs) at time of inspection.
Note: you CANNOT use a malfunctioning refrigeration system if it isn't keeping hazardous foods at 4C or below. Foods should have been stored at a safe temperature as soon as the problem was identified.
2) Milk and cream dispensing units to be supplemented with ice, and turnover must be well under 4 hours.

According to manager on site, 10L milk and cream bags are used up between 30min - 2hrs
