Follow-up inspection conducted: -Pizza prep cooler still to be repaired. Technician came in yesterday and filled up gas. Ambient air temperature was still above 4'C when staff checked this morning. No foods being stored in the bottom part of the cooler. Only small amount to last 2 hours stored in the inserts for now. OK. Technician to revisit the facility within today. Ensure to contact the health inspector to notify. Report discussed with staff after the inspection, but signed by the operator on October 1, 2019.
