Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The meat slicer, knife and vegetable chopper were all stored as "clean" and put away for use for next day when items had not been properly cleaned and sanitized after use. The meat slicer was wrapped in clean plastic indicating it had been cleaned and sanitized after use.

In the bar area a container of drink preparation items were stored in dirty container with old lemon wedge from previous night mixed in.

Observation: Wine and drink containers stored in box under counter in dish washing area from previous night. This will provide food for fruit flies - have bar staff place these items outside in recycling at the end of each shift.

***NOTE: Ensure staff are properly trained on CLEANING IN PLACE procedures for MEAT SLICER! Meat slicer was plugged in overnight. Staff began to clean meat slicer when it was turned on as it was covered up indicating it had been cleaned when it had not. This is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!
