* Ensure meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized after each use or every 2-4 hours if in continuous use. Meat slicer parts/blade must be taken apart for thorough cleaning.
Sanitize by spraying or soaking in 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1 oz per gallon of water).
* Do not leave the veggie slicer uncleaned overnight.
