- Drain for hand sink in front area has been fixed; water is now draining freely. - Both hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels - good. - Door sweep for bay door was being installed at time of inspection - good. - Walls around exhaust canopy have been cleaned - no grease drippings were observed on walls - Floors under fryers have been cleaned. *Ensure floors are cleaned every day. - Reminder that dry ingredient bins and lids must be cleaned and sanitized every few days.
