Follow up inspection conducted: Fly issue has improved greatly. Professional pest control is contracted and control measures are implemented. Latest report reviewed on site. Follow up visit from the company due in few weeks for monitoring. Please relocate electric bug zappers found in the dimsum prep kitchen away from food handling areas. Manager cited that the back door will be screened in the near future. The back door was closed at this time. Signature was not collected due to COVID 19. Inspection report to be emailed.
