All coolers were < 4 C All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The dishwasher's final rinse cycle reached 75 C at the plate. No evidence of pests. Pest control records were available for review onsite. Temperature records up to date. General sanitation was satisfactory.
