Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Front handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing (retail area). You must obtain a drain plug to adequately fill the sanitizing compartment with sanitizer (at 100ppm chlorine solution). Follow the Fraser Health four step manual dishwashing method.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing downstairs.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine solution. Ensure to use clean wiping cloths to wipe down food contact surfaces.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Most food items stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor.
- No pest activity. Pest management system in place.
- Ensure to clean processing equipment properly after each use.
