-Follow-up inspection to October 26, 2018. -Facility was serviced by professional pest control operator on October 27, 2018. Bait stations were reset and additional baiting was carried out for cockroaches. -Operator also had a visit from an alternate pest control operator for site assessment. -Some pest activity still observed. -Ensure thorough cleaning is carried out nightly and all recommendation of pest control operator are being followed to prevent further pest issues. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
