Deli cooler and stainless steel prep line cooler now maintaining 4-5 deg C. 308 corrected - deli cooler and prep line cooler now in good working order. Temperature log - now includes the prep line cooler as well. Daily records were available and up to date. Wiping cloths kept in sanitizing solution. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
