Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Observed creamers & butter stored at room temperature. Internal probe temperature was measured at (17C creamers) & (14C butter). Both product labels indicated that they require refigeration.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective Action: Ensure perishable products requiring refrigeration are not left out for longer than 2 hours.
