Note: Bleach solution spray bottle: too strong; >200 ppm observed with test strip. Ensure correct ratio of bleach to water (1/2 tsp bleach to 1L water) to maintain 200 ppm chlorine solution.

-Handsink equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- 3 compartment sink with bleach solution tested at 200 ppm.
-All cooling units contained at 4C or below.
-All freezing units except the up right cooler #1 at -18C or below.
-All light fixtures maintained.
-No pests identified at the time of inspection.
