A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- All areas have been cleaned to a satisfactory level. The floor and floor mats in the front cooking area have been cleaned. The exterior surfaces of the front self service units have been cleaned. More frequent cleaning of these areas shall be done throughout the day.
- The floor in the back food processing area and in the walk in cooler has been cleaned. The exterior surfaces of food containers has been cleaned. The interior surfaces of the dishwasher have been cleaned.
- Ensure proper cleaning of all surfaces and equipment are done at the end of EVERY day BEFORE going home. Manager/owner should inspect that cleaning has been done by staff properly.
- Ensure the 3-compartment sinks are empty at the end of the night. No dirty dishes, food or water shall be sitting in the sink.

**Grease streaks are still being seen on stainless steel surfaces, glass, windows, and dark walls. This indicates that hot water and dish soap is NOT being used, or that the hot water and soap mixture requires to be changed (when there no longer are bubbles or the water is warm) more often.**
