Sanitation is satisfactory. Refrigeration measures 4 C. Freezer temperature measure < -18 C. Dishwasher final rinse residual measures 50 ppm Cl. Glass washer is not in use. Wiping cloth sanitizer and spray sanitizer measure 200 ppm Cl. Operator states that the ice-machine is serviced by a professional refrigeration company when the machine requires repair. No recommedations.
