Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk and whip cream stored in bar display cooler measured at 8.5C.
Corrective Action(s): Relocated milk and whip cream to walk-in cooler. Cold potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or colder. See comment on code 308.

Observation: Ice machine appears to have mould inside. Several pizza pans ready to be reused were greasy with black/brown build up.
Corrective Action(s): Please empty ice and thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machine. Pizza pans need to be cleaned more regularly and thoroughly. Both ice machine and pizza pans must be properly cleaned by follow up inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two tubs of cooked pasta stored on the floor of walk-in cooler. No cover provided in one of the ceiling lights in kitchen (above meat slicer).
Corrective Action(s): Relocate pasta to shelves. Store food 6 inches off the ground. Provide cover or plastic sleeves for ceiling lights.
