Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B6XR6J: Back designated hand wash station serviced. Hot and cold running water available for use. Liquid soap and single use paper towels provided. Top of low temperature dishwasher, underneath the utility sink and back preparation table cleaned. Rodent droppings removed. As discussed in previous inspections clean underneath and behind the preparation table on a frequent basis. Clean all hard to reach areas and underneath equipment on a regular basis.
