Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked cabbage and corn were left on the counter, measured at 22-24C. Operator poked finger into cabbage to show inspector that food is luke warm. Rehydrated vermicilli left at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Cabbage and corn discarded. Vermicilli returned to cooler for storage. Ensure to store potentially hazardous food at 4C or colder.

Observation: 1) A few inserts of food were left uncovered in the prep cooler (veggies). 2) Cut cabbages stored in grocery bag directly. 3) Raw meats stored over carrots and potatoes in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Please remember to cover food when not in use. 2) Please transfer cabbages to food grade bags. 3) Store raw meats under produce or separately in a different shelf to prevent contamination.

Observation: Few mice droppings identified around hot water tank in the dry storage.
