- Ice machines and other food contact surfaces are maintained in sanitary manner
- Foods are stored off of floor & well organized
- Time control for potentially hazardous foods is in place
- Pest control received on a regular basis; some minor rodent activity noted, but the management has moved forward to seal any gaps noted in the facility
