Facility was previously closed due to water pipe burst. On site inspection conducted: No signs of flooding observed, manager on site indicated the affected baseboards and floor tiles had been removed and replaced after flooding by restoration company -- ensure to obtain copy of records/invoices from restoration company All equipment functioning at time of inspection: -Coolers at 4 deg C or less -Freezers at -18 deg C or less -All sinks have hot/cold running water , handsinks have liquid soap and paper towels No concerns noted. Premises may re-open kitchen.
