Observation: Noted rodent dropping inside kitchen floor (a lot behind buns storage )beside walk in freezer, under ice machine, in stroage room off kichen under all equipment.... noted small mice inside one of the catch all trap.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all dropping and put more traps and monitoring device ..

Observation: Noted holes and opening in storage room and behind equipment that may allow rodent entry to the building.
Corrective Action(s): Seal all gaps and holes (any opening around pipes and walls, joint between walls and floor, around doors ....)

Comments

-Clean the entire facility including dining area and kids play area
-Do not store buns in the kitchen- store in walk in cooler and bring just enough for day use- store on table.
-Clean and sanitize all work table and counters more frequently and before any food prep
-Do not leave any food in kitchen at the end of day- store all products in cooler/and walk in cooler.

- Staff not able to provide a copy of pest control report at time of visit. A detailed report from pest control is required ( an assessment of current rodent issues and solution).

All the above is required by follow up visit on Oct 26-2021.
