Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Less than 50 ppm chlorine detect in front and back sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizer buckets are maintained at 100 - 200 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths. Replenish sanitizer every 4 hours or if solution gets dirty. 1 cap full bleach per half bucket of water = 100 -200 ppm chlorine.
