Follow up inspection as a result of previous October 11, 2018 Closure Order. No evidence of rodent activity in kitchen area Facility now has Services of Pest Control twice weekly. Many additional traps since previous inspection Facility has focused attention to cleaning. Going forward: - Continue to diligently clean kitchen area - Continue to diligently clean storage areas (candy and pop), seal all holes and trap in these areas - Continue to focus cleaning on cinema screening areas. Spilled items must be cleaned between showings and no food left on floor overnight. - Add more traps to areas where rodents have been spotted (front areas, theatres, etc.) NOTE: PIZZA PIZZA and Concession are now one facility sharing kitchen space. Please discuss with Head Office as to need for two Permits. Only one Permit is required by Fraser Health as kitchen space is joined and all food is dispensed, served and sold from same communal space
