-Follow-up inspection to October 19, 2016.
-3-compartment sink was prepared with 50ppm to 100ppm chlorine sanitizer with the sanitizer sink being the last step. Provided manual warewashing signage for operator translated into Korean to post by the warewashing area.
-Sanitizer pail was tested at 200ppm and was properly labelled.
-Did not observe any foods out for display at room temperature today. Ensure time stamp or sample is placed on food items stored at room temperature.
-Did no observe any raw foods stored above ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Dry ingredient scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
