Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice well (by pop dispsener) - scum biuld-up and hair particles noted in the interior corners.
Corrective Action(s): Discard ice in the ice well. Clean and santizer this ice well immidiately. Cleaning commenced at the time of inspection. Ensure that all equipment that come in direct contact with food are cleaned and sanitized frequently. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan. Recurring violation in this regard will result in the issuanc of violation ticket(s).

* Walk in cooler - Some milk/cream bags stored in bins left on the floor. Ensure that bins are off of the floor - minimum 6 inches clearance is required for easy cleaning and sanitary maintenance.
