Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwash stations are easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at all times. Paper towels were replaced at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 14, 2016.
-Prep cooler has been serviced. Foods in the bottom were at 4C and foods in the inserts were at 5C. Ensure staff carry out temperature checks of both the inside the unit and the inserts.
-Chemical dishwasher was tested at 50 to 100ppm chlorine sanitizer (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Scoops were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Plumber has been contacted to repair leaking sink - issue has not been resolved. Plumber is returning to repair the leaking sink. Ensure pan under sink used to collect water is emptied at the end of each night - standing water can potentially attract pests.
