- Bleach spray bottles contain 200 ppm chlorine residual at front serving area and back kitchen - Carpet no longer present on flooring in food preparation area. Operator has received two rubber mats lined underneath the prep cooler, and is still waiting for two longer mats One final follow-up will be conducted on June 8 to ensure that the rest of the mats have arrived
