Comments

Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated February 1, 2023 there were 5 children, and 4 staff present. Manager was not able to meet with the licensing. The inspection was not complete as the Staff files could not be reviewed by licensing as they are kept at the HR office and could not be accessed by the staff present. Licensing was able to talk to the manager over the phone and it was decided that the Staff Qualifications Documentation's will be sent in the email once the manager is back
After receiving the email on February 2, no contraventions were identified for this inspection.

The following was discussed:
- Copy of staff records to be kept on-site in the childcare room with children's records so that they are available for licensing.

As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy was provided.
Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources, and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR). This report was discussed and emailed to the licensee.
