Routine inspection conducted: Facility accessed with a commissary kitchen renter. The facility was not in operation at this time. Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm chlorine. Three compartment sinks available and fully equipped for manual dishwashing. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions.
