Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: 1. **Note: This is a repeated violation noted during a previous routine inspection** Bowls were noted in-used and stored within bulk food condiment containers.
2. Some of the bulk food condiment containers are stored unprotected.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all bowls used as dispensers for bulk food and replace with proper dispensers, ones with handles. Dispensers must be stored in a manner where the handles do not come into contact with the food. This prevents potential cross-contamination if hands are dirty, from contaminating the food.
2. Place lids or protective cling wraps over the bulk food condiment container to prevent potential contamination when not in use.
