Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions taken:
- Thermometer now present in display cooler
- Manager and one staff member have completed Foodsafe level 1 (equivalent) since previous inspection. Additional Manager (not present at time of inspection) has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate. Certificates present and were checked on-site.
- Cooked rice for poke bowls being hot held with temperature being checked every two hours. Record sheet present.
- Temperature of white rice 73C
- If any changes to current procedures for rice are proposed, a revised food safety procedure must be submitted to the EHO for review and approval in advance.
