Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine detected in dishwasher rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Bucket of sanitizer was replaced with a new one at the time of the inspection. Check sanitizer concentration at least daily to ensure that it is sufficient to sanitize dishes. Operator has test strips.

Observation: Sink next to cooking line is leaking from pipe underneath and water supply to sink was turned off at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Repair sink so that it is good working order. Correction date: November 1/16

General sanitation was satisfactory although some attention is needed to clean up spill on dry storage shelving.
Hot and cold running water was available
Liquid soap and paper towel were present at the kitchen handsink and in the staff and public washrooms
Kitchen line coolers were at 4C
Walk-in cooler was at 3C
Upright freezer was at -9C
Chest freezer was at -15C
Hot holding of rice was 67C
Hot holding of sauce was 61C
Bleach sanitizer was present in a spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces
Once sanitizer bucket was changed, 100pm chlorine was detected in dishwasher rinse cycle.
