Routine inspection conducted:

-Handsink has cold and hot running water supplied with soap and paper towels.
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Freezer measured at -18C or less.
-Dairy/creamers at room temperature at the self serve area are on a 2 hour cycle, timers are present
-Temperatures recorded daily in temperature log
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.4 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level (minimum 71 deg C required)
-Premise is maintained in a sanitary condition. All ice machines were clean.
-No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
-Dry storage area ok; all foods stored off floor
-Quat sanitizer available in towel containers by the espresso machines at 200 ppm QUATS.
-Permit is posted in front area above staff entrance door
-Shift Supervisor has valid FoodSafe certificate alternative (Restaurants Canada) expiry in 2023
