All refrigerators and freezers meet requirements.
Dishwasher 73C at the plate surface.
General sanitation satisfactory, make sure that sanitizer water is maintained at 74C at all times and changed frequently, and discard any chipped plates, cups etc. No indications of insect or rodent infestation.
Food handling satisfactory.
