Corrective Action(s): Stop this practice immediately. Due to poor sanitation, you are NOT permitted to prepare your own kimchi. You can purchase it pre-made from an approved source. Make sure to keep receipts on-site.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked foods are being kept out at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): After lunch and dinner rush, all potentially hazardous foods like cooked vegetables, noodles and meats MUST be stored inside the cooler.

Observation: Wiping rags are kept on the counter.
Corrective Action(s): Store the wiping cloths in a bleach/water solution (200ppm) at all times. Use these to wipe the countertops. Discard rags when they're worn out. Do not use rags to wipe the floor. Use a mop for this purpose.

Observation: There was no hand soap at either of the sinks. The soap dispenser has been removed from the front hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): Install a soap dispenser at the front sink. Always make sure that there's soap in both the dispensers. Wash your hands with soap and water before handling food.

Observation: General sanitation is very poor. A correction order has been issued.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean all areas of the kitchen e.g. under and around the stoves, the exhaust hood, coolers (inside and outside), under the counters, kitchen floor and other hard to reach areas. Poor sanitation is an ongoing issue. If this continues, you will be issued a violation ticket in the amount of $345.
