* Hard surface sanitizer tested 100 ppm at the time of inspection. Consider recalibrating the sanitizer dispenser so that it dispenses 200 ppm quats. Sanitizer solution in spray bottles should be replaced twice a day. Sliding door cooler below 4 C. Under-counter cooler < 4 C. Front pastry display cooler below 4 C. Dishwasher final rinse: 71.2 degrees C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. General sanitation is satisfactory.
