Routine inspection conducted. Temperatures: - Upright coolers: </= 4C. - Upright freezers: <-18C. - Chest freezer: -19C. - All cooling units had functional thermometers. General: - Randomly selected items were within their best before dates and in intact packaging. - Foods properly stored off the floor and in original packaging. - General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection. - No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. - Washroom was in satisfactory sanitary condition. - Hand washing sink in the washroom was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. COVID-19 Safety: - Plexi glass barrier was maintained at the counter. - Maximum occupancy of 4 customers was posted. - Ground was marked to maintain 2 m physical distance. - Signs for masks were posted. - Hand sanitizer was available at the entrance. - Ensure the COVID-19 Safety Plan template is filled in properly and updated to match the newest Public Health Orders.
