3) Food containers were left unsealed and open for contamination
4) Ice machine had build up of mould/debris
Corrective Action(s): Downstairs: 1) Flour must be stored in food grade material.
Upstairs: 2) All food items must be stored at least 6 inches off of the ground
3) All food containers must be covered with plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or the original lid
4) Ensure to turn off ice machine and clean/sanitize ice machine

Routine Inspection:

Downstairs:
- Storage area
- All freezers were -18C or lower
- All coolers were 4C or lower
- Glass display cooler not in use
- All food items in dry storage areas were at least 6 inches off of the ground

Upstairs:
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- High temperature dishwasher reached 77C at plate surface; two compartment sink available
- 200ppm chlorine bleach solution in sanitizing bucket available
- All coolers, including walk in cooler, were 4C or lower
- Rice hot holding unit was cooking rice; unable to determine hot holding temperature during inspection
- Ventilation hoods last serviced September 2022, next service date is in March 2023; Ensure to routinely clean hood whenever there is a grease build-up
- General sanitation was adequate
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- Cooler in the serving area was 4C or lower
