Routine inspection.
All handwashing stations are fully equipped with hot/cold running water and liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below and equipped with thermometers.
Walkin cooler in back area found at less than 4c.
Walkin freezer at -19c.
Hot holding >60c for all holding units.
Temperature logs are available.
Foods are being stored off the floor and protected from contamination.
Cleaning schedules are available.
Employees record daily cleaning/opening checklists/procedures.
Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration in three compartment sink.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottles is available in front serving areas and at 200ppm concentration.
All quat sanitizers are labelled.
Note: Green buckets are for holding detergent which is used for cleaning.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniforms and hats).
Pest control is in place.
Pest control is contracted by Abell Pest control. No issues noted during time of inspection.
