No mould observed. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner in a separate container. - Foods and utensils are stored 6 inches off of floor - All coolers measured <4C and are equipped with thermometers - All freezers measured <-18C - Temperature log is in active use - No signs of pest activity - General sanitation is good - Randomly monitored food items (wraps) were within expiry dates
