All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Front hand sink and washroom sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests, traps in place.
Bleach spray bottle was at 100 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
