Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection # SWAR-ASEN29 dated 23rd October 2017 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance. Licensee/Manager had responded to the coded items in writing. No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

On site today was the Licensee and 3 children under 5. Licensee stated that enrolment is good. Children were in free play on Licensing's arrival which was followed by snack time after washing hands. Discussed temporary placements and the process for application. Resources provided to Licensee:- Immunization poster.
