Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spring rolls were stored in the left hand prep cooler and had an internal temperature of 13 C. They had previously been left out at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishes and utensils run through the dishwasher were not being properly sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): A temporary 3-compartment sink setup is being used. Takeout containers will be used in the meantime.
