Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Used rice scoop at the back kitchen observed to be sitting under room temperature during the lunch rush.
Corrective Action(s): All used rice scoop must be store in ice water. Put the aforementioned item under ice water. Change ice water periodically when the ice melts.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen handwashing sink was obstructed with a trolley.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter at the back staff entrance. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Take-out only. Daily health check conducted for staff. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy limit of the facility. Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work. Post physical distancing sign within the facility. All staff must wear mask that covers the nose and mouth, no face shields must be worn by themselves.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles, sanitizer buckets, and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Stand-up cooler, under counter cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezer measured at -19C. Rice cookers measured at 64C. Hot-holding display units measured at 60C. Spot checks of display food items are as follows: Tofu measured at 74C internal temperature. Noodles measured at 64C internal temperature. Garlic chicken measured at 61C.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
