Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-ASGTET

Low temperature dishwasher measured 58 degrees C and 50 ppm in rinse residual at utensil surface. Dishwasher monitoring log templates provided to operator at time of inspection. Please ensure that test strip is used daily to check dishwasher chlorine levels and results are recorded in the log. Discussed measures to be put in place to prevent this from continuing as it has been a repeat issue.
