302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in spray bottle had no detectable level of sanitizer. Contents of bottle of bleach used appeared water like without colour. Straight bleach tested and was 200ppm. Corrective Action(s): Use the bleach without dilution for now until a new bottle of bleach is bought. Purchase a new bottle of bleach by Thursday Jan 12, 2023. Recommend buying a smaller bottle of bleach so that it is used up faster and will not lose its concentration over time. Violation Score: 15

Only single use disposable cutlery/dishes used for customer. √ Equipment appeared to be in good working order √ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory √ No signs of pest infestation noted √ Staff with FoodSafe (or equivalent) present.
