Observation: Using Lysol all purpose cleaner as surface disinfectant. These products not acceptable for food contact surfaces due to perfume additives remaining on surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Use all purpose cleaners for floors and walls etc. and surface sanitizing should be completed with diluted bleach solution at 100 to 200 ppm (1/2 tsp per 500 ml water). Please properly label bottle with contents and dilution.

Removal of unused equipment not completed. Plan is to remove over Christmas holidays when premises closed. Return for check in new year. OK.
Prep cooler base at 1 - 2 C. OK. Ensure top inserts maintain food at 4 C or less. **Commit to keeping the door closed.
All other cooling units less than 4 C. Please obtain accurate thermometers for proper temperature monitoring.
Dishwasher at 80 C at plate. Good.
