Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # CSWY-BYTM75 of Mar-05-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Pink organic debris observed in the interior of the ice machine. Correction: To Be Corrected by: immediately. All ice is to be removed and unit cleaned to prevent cross contamination.

Ensure temperature checks are done at least once daily for ALL refridgeration and freezer units. - Scoops in dry goods bins replaced with scoops with handles - Dust cleaned of vent in walk-in cooler COVID-19 Inspection Premises located in food court of Guildford Mall which has Health and Safety Measures posted on website for mall. Mall monitors occupancy limits, provides one-way floor markers, provides floor markers indicating 2 m distance between patrons, and provides COVID-19 signage in mall. - staff observed wearing masks - four staff working observed social distancing during inspection - hand sink stocked with cold/hot water, soap, and paper towel. - plastic barrier observed at front till - hand sanitizer available for guests - Daily health checks being done and recorded - High contact surfaces cleaned frequently Inspection results communicated verbally with staff.
