- Cooked rice in strainers are left in dishwashing area to drain
- Bowls and metal cans are used to scoop food from bulk bins
- Cardboard is used to line the shelves in walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): - Store eggs on the bottom shelf
- Cooked rice must not be stored or left on platform for dirty dishes. Move all containers to two compartment prep sink area
- Use scoops with handles and ensure that the handle does not come in contact with the food
- Remove all cardboard from all shelves in walk in cooler
